Jeanne Constable
Clinical Manager/Bariatric Coordinator at Jupiter Medical Center where I have worked since 1982. I have been in the GI lab here since 1989 and a member of SGNA since 1991. I obtained certification in 1992. GI is my passion and I was instrumental in starting the local SGNA Region 69, Palm Beach Treasure Coast, in 2009. I joined SGNA to learn ever evolving GI wisdom to share with my patients and team. There is always new technology and procedures so it is an exciting area for a nurse to expand her/his horizons. I love the camaraderie and networking that SGNA has allowed me to do and have many lifelong friends because of this. I especially love attending the seminars and State and National meetings that SGNA provides us. Those close to me know that I love my four-legged furr babies (cats) Yogi and Cobi, twin brothers. My other two favorite things are butterflies and purple (the actual color) . I have lived in Jupiter the last 40 years but originally came from Massachusetts.

Cindy Dedick
My name is Cindy Dedick, I work at Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center. I am a CGRN. I have been an Endoscopy nurse since 1990 — pretty “vintage”!
A position opened in Endoscopy and I decided to apply and I found my favorite job. Endoscopy is a great place to work, so many positive aspects, like working as a team with other nurses and physicians, and focusing on patient care. I joined SGNA to learn more about GI nursing and meet other nurses in Endosopy that could share their expertise. I have learned so much and continue to learn. I also became certified in Gastroenterology Nursing.
Fun fact — I love to play Scrabble! Best game in the world.

Karen Harris
My name is Karen Harris and I have been a nurse since 2008. After completing nursing school I got into a cardiac novice nurse program and have worked on Telemetry until 2022. At that point I was given an opportunity to join the team in the GI Lab at Jupiter Medical Center. There has been so much to learn in this new speciality. I joined SGNA to help network with other GI nurses and gain access to educational opportunities. I’m also a Mom. I have young adult twins that are in college and we all love to travel together.
